You need to update your account security by adding secondary email address to ensure that if you loose your primary email address you can still recover it through the secondary email address you have added into your account. To add secondary email address click on this link.

Your contact email must always be a valid address. Please enter an email address and facebook servers will send you a verification code. You may have multiple email addresses on your account, making it more easy for people to find you.

Step 2 : Facebook Mobile

The second step needs you to enter your mobile phone number and signup with Facebook mobile service to ensure that you can login to your account back in case you get issues with it. Click on Mobile Phone > + Sign up for Facebook mobile.
